There are many causes of communication issues. They are usually related to our individual personas. The square personality is more likely not to communicate with those who are liberal. Affirmative personalities may have trouble aligning their expectations and the expectations of passive people. Two kinds of human beings are there. Some people are 'full-circle' that is an independent person who is completely at home being all by himself. He does want to be a part of a group and the truth is, he's always seeking an individual to share his experiences with. Absolutely! All true! ... But, until he's found the perfect partner, he will be able to live without one. And, once he has discovered one, he'd like to live his life, shoulder to shoulder with his - hopefully full circle of a partner.

Half-circle people constitute the remaining half of humanity. And once they have found the miserable animal, they DO NOT LET GO! They'll move to physically integrate with their victim to form a happy circle... and don't give them this bullshit of living shoulder to shoulder! They'll not be compromising on being able to stare at each other for the rest their lives. Nothing less intimate can satisfy their urge to integrate with the other half and create a whole.
The choice to let go is an everyday occurrence. The whole circle is likely to let go of a partner who is losing their chemistry quickly. On the other hand half-circles will redefine the concept of chemistry between partners to be - "I am holding on to this B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him with an upgrade."

Imagine the dance where a half-a-circle and a full circle try to make their partner happy. However, the Half is able to move two steps ahead of the safety zone. The sudden invasion of the privacy of his own is somewhat intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He pushed the Half out of his comfortable zone . While the Half assumes that the Full made a error, and graciously compensated by taking another step forward, the Half gets more worried and starts to feel irritated. The Half and the Full know why but lack proper terminology. They're unable to adequately explain their frustration, and so they search for the wrong things. They could be a lot easier for them to live if they had known the difference between Half and Full.
Although there isn't a single conclusion, there are some options you could adopt.
