Rami was appointed managing partner in 2000. Over the next 18-years, he led dozens of deals that led to profitable exits from Fortune 500 companies like Broadcom, Marvel and Cisco.

Then he didn't stop there. Globes awarded Beracha with the title of "Esteemed Partner", recognizing his contribution as a key investor. Rami launched a new venture called Sosa in 2014. Sosa's innovation centers are situated in New York and Tel Aviv. They help high-tech startups by partnering with global entrepreneurs. Sosa was recently chosen to oversee and develop the New York City's cyber center.

While it is evident that Rami Beracha succeeds in everything that he's chosen to pursue, his journey hasn't always been simple. Beracha, just like many Israelis joined the army as an untrained soldier. He served in the Paratrooper's Brigade as a combat soldier, and fought during the Lebanon War. Rami was part of a rescue mission sent to aid wounded soldiers trapped in a minefield and joined the Paratrooper's Army in 1983 , shortly after the war. Rami was unlucky to have fallen into a hidden mining and suffered a fractured foot and an injured hand.
His stay in hospital rehabilitation was among the most difficult of his life. He couldn't move, and was overwhelmed with sadness and depression. The hopes of building his army career were lost to him, and he didn't know who was he anymore. In the midst of his struggles, Rami was able to find the passion to keep moving forward and to create new goals. Rami made a decision to live a life that was better and more fulfilling than before his injuries. Rami decided to try different extreme sports. He is now a kitesurfer (and snowboarding) and has hiked Mount Kilimanjaro. He frequently feels the unrestrained previous life pushing him to the limit and challenging him.
Rami is an avid volunteer and a generous donor to numerous charitable organizations. He also loves helping young soldiers who were wounded during combat. Rami led a team of soldiers injured during their military service in Nepal in 2016. He rose to the rank major within the Israeli paratrooper/fire brigades army in the year. He was able to realize his childhood goals despite the obstacles. His story and passion are a great inspiration to all who see them. Rami did not let his injuries keep him from achieving his goals. He continued to learn and trying new things until finally he was stronger than ever before.
