Pitango invests in companies at their early stages, developing core areas for high-tech. Pitango has made over 200 investments in the past and had over 85 exits. Rami was appointed managing partner in the year 2000, and over the next 18 years lead numerous deals that resulted in successful exits to large corporations in the Fortune 500 like Broadcom, Marvel, Cisco and Apple.

He didn't stop there. In 2011, the Globes awarded Beracha the "Esteemed Partner" award, honoring him for the powerful investor he was becoming. Rami founded Sosa, a new initiative in 2014. Sosa hosts innovation centers located in New York (and Tel Aviv) where they work with global entrepreneurs and support the most innovative companies in high tech. Sosa was recently appointed to oversee the construction and operation of the city's cyber center.

This fund will help UAE high-tech enterprises in the fields of artificial intelligence and virtual reality. The United Arab Emirates has a unique perspective on business. Although Rami Beracha is a successful person today, his path was not always easy. Like most Israelis, Beracha joined the army when he was a young man. He was a Paratrooper's Brigade Combat Soldier and fought through The Lebanon War. Rami was part of a rescue team that was sent out to assist soldiers injured in minefields. This happened shortly after the war ended. However, Rami stepped on a hidden mine and lost his foot and hand in the incident.

The time he spent in the hospital rehabilitation was one the most challenging times of his life. He couldn't walk and became depressed and depressed. The hopes he had to build his career in the military seemed lost and he didn’t know who or what he really was. Rami found the strength to continue living and dreaming through his pain. Rami resolved to be even more powerful and successful than prior to his injuries. Rami decided to test different extreme sports.
