Pastor Author, pastor, faith-healer and TV presenter Chris Oyakhilome (also called Pastor Chris) is the creator of LoveWorld Incorporated. The company, also known as Christ Embassy is located in Lagos, Nigeria. His unique way of presenting God's Word has inspired thousands around the world.

Pastor Chris The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian who was born in December 63 in Edo State. He was raised by his loving parents. He is the oldest son born to Elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the early pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who imprinted her divine grace on her son from a young age.

The LoveWorld ministry includes the entire family. Reverend Ken is his brother and is the revered Pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church. He is also a part of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren is the director for the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry that houses a number of top gospel artists.

Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon is following the way of her father, spreading the Gospel of God to the world. Also known CSO she is a Grammy-winning gospel artist and a member of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his studies at Edo College. Then he was awarded a scholarship that allowed him to pursue studies at Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There was he obtained an BSc. in Architecture and an honorary Doctor of Science. Chris Oyakhilome Family He also has an honorary doctorate in divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. He was at Ambrose Ali University when he received a call from God to be a priest and servant of the Lord.

The Man of God was studying at the university, founded what would become one the most important churches in the entire world. A small prayer group named Youth for Christ’ was formed. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome It would evolve into one of the most well-known groups at the university. LoveWorld Incorporated would follow millions through the founding of Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated.

Oyakhilome Under the direction of Pastor Chris, LoveWorld became a pioneer of satellite television and Christian programming. LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television station to broadcast from Africa to the the world, 24/7, nonstop on free-to-air networks. There are LoveWorld satellite and cable television stations across the globe.

Christ Embassy has strong presence in Pastor Chris’s native Nigeria, South Africa and Canada. Oyakhilome The ministry operates two healing schools that are located in South Africa.

Music and Gospel Music form an integral part in worship. Pastor Chris encourages Christ Embassy Churches have a choir that is supervised and trained by the Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry. Many of these singers are successful in their solo careers.

The Future African Leaders Foundation is focused on continuing the work of Pastor Chris. Its mission is to identify and developing talented, young leaders, and preparing them for a positive future by recognizing the achievements of these young leaders and encouraging them to continue. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, who is a fervent philanthropist founded the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation Inter (COFI) as an independent, non-profit organisation that seeks to help communities that are most vulnerable and those living in the most deprived regions of the globe.

The Man of God established NGOs to deliver vital services and hope for the poor, in need and neglected. The five COFI partners have the same aim: to raise living standards and enhance the standard of living in the most disadvantaged regions.

COFI is the responsible organization for the InnerCity Mission ICM for Children and the Volunteer Medical Corps VMC, Traumacare International Foundation TCIF, Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF), as well as the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organisations works to improve the lives of people as well as their health, spirits and wellbeing.

His charitable organization also provides nutrition for children who are in need. Pastor Chris believes that strong foundations of community are supported by COFI and The InnerCity Mission. This helps to promote accountability leadership and good governance. It also supports sustainable development in Africa as well in other vulnerable areas of the world, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
