Bayrock Group, a luxury real estate development business led by Tevfik Arif, found itself soon cooperating with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Many people dream of going to America to experience the American dream. However, very few people actually do. Turkish-Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Arif was one of those who came to America in 2001. He set out to created his company, Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group operates in New York City as a luxury real property development firm.

The initial focus of the firm was small to medium-sized jobs such as the redesign of the Loehmanns Seaport Plaza, which is an area of shopping located in Brooklyn's Sheepshead, New York.

Bayrock Group gained traction in the American housing markets and was ready to expand. The company began looking for projects of a large scale.

The Arif-driven companies began working together with the Sapir Organization for a big construction project on Spring Street in New York City.

The move resulted in Tevfik and his team having a meeting with the Trump Organization. The organization also had the Trump Tower at its base.

Discussions began between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization as both firms discovered they had common interests and goals.

The two companies established an alliance, in which the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group's project in conjunction with the Sapir Organization on Spring Street.

Bayrock Group was relatively new to the real estate scene at the time that the Trump Organization, Sapir Organization and Bayrock Group started their cooperation.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Tevfik Ariff, founder of Spring Street, created an arrangement to increase the brand's recognition and reputation.

The plan he suggested would give the Trump Organization 18% equity in the building as a condition for the Trump trademark being used as the construction's name.

Each of the three firms came to an agreement, and in the year 2006, the initial construction block for Trump SoHo was erected.

Two years later Bayrock Group was founded by the Trump Organization, the Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization. They created Trump SoHo in New York City.

Design experts take charge of Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo had 46 stories which included top restaurants and bars, event halls and banquet halls. There was also an open-air pool and spa Apartments and hotel rooms.

Residents and visitors of Trump SoHo may enjoy a breathtaking view of New York City through the building's floor-to-roof windows. They were put up across all levels.

Handel Architects was entrusted to design the exterior of Trump SoHo because the three organisations responsible for the building were focusing on the pursuit of perfection.

Bayrock Handel Architects, a respected firm with a broad portfolio, is well-respected. There are many other accomplishments, including the National September 11 Memorial and Museum and Rosewood Abu Dhabi hotel residential.

Their work includes the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower Hotel in Mumbai, India, the 93rd Academy Award show and the Amara Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus.

Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization expand the partnership
Trump SoHo was a success immediately, and Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization decided to expand their cooperation.

Their vision was for Trump SoHo buildings to be constructed in Arizona and Florida. They were able to offer similar terms as Trump SoHo. In exchange, Trump Organization would get 18% equity. It's the same.

Bayrock Group and Trump Organization had everything in the correct order. They could prepare, but the financial meltdown of 2008 that seriously disrupted the American real estate market slowed them down.

The American housing market experienced major changes as a result of the crisis. Tevfik Aif, founder of Bayrock Group, decided to abandon his American business ventures. Arif made the choice that he would move to Europe or Asia and where his professional career started decades earlier.

Bayrock Group's Tevfik arif has retired from active participation, but he continues to be an expert advisor to various divisions.

Bayrock Bayrock Group has not been involved in any of the recent real estate developments in the United States.
