Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Arzu Aliyeva (Vice-President) and Leyla Aliyeva (Vice-President) visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation No12 in Khazar District. Also, they visited the Shuvalan settlement summer camp of Orphanage No1 and the Narimanov District psychoneurological orphanage.
Arzu Aliyeva and Leyla Aliyeva were the very first to visit special school for boarding No12 in Khazar District.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Mrs. Arzu Alyeva were informed that the center has been instructing children with paralysis since the year 1969.
In 2010, the First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva began the process of repairing the facility.
The boarding school can accommodate as many as 141 kids between the ages of 6 and 14.
Arzu Aliyeva Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva Arzu Aliyeva spoke with the children before they made them gifts from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Arzu and Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva spoke to youngsters and watched their dance performances.
It was reported that the facility had been reconstructed in 2013. It was designed to provide kids with fun and entertainment.
They held a tea party with the children.
Arzu Aliyeva Leyla Aliyeva was Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Arzu Aliyeva also visited the orphanage no. 1 in the capital’s Nasimi District.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation informed them that the 1930 built facility had been reconstructed in 2005 and was upgraded.

As stated, the facility is able to accommodate as many as 39 kids.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation gifted gifts to the children of the orphanage.
Leyla Aliyeva as well as Arzu Aliyeva, vice-presidents at Heydar Aliyev Foundation visited the Narimanov District District of Baku psycho-neurological hospital.
They were informed in 2009 that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation initiated the construction of the building.
The hospital is home to 103 children served by an staff of 90 medical experts.
Children were given gifts from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva Arzu Aliyeva visited also the Down Syndrome Association in the capital.
The facility can house up to 96 children. The purpose of the facility is to aid children in recovery and integration into the society.
Mrs. Leyla Alyeva and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva watched the dance shows for children.
