When I was 18, my dick at max was 5 inches erect. I was also dealing with stomach, skin, digestion problems, and When I started paying attention to the effects certain foods on my stomach problems, I noticed improvements in this problems, but also in my penis. We may not be fully allergic to foods, but their effects can still dictate whether u have a sensitivity or not to it. And allergy tests help, but are not perfect, as I took many allergy tests and the foods that killed my erection were listed as fine to eat or non-allergic. If I eat the wrong foods, I will either not get fully erect up to my dick’s max height/lenght or I will just not get hard at all. I’ve come to find out, that most grains, bread, rice, beans, seeds, nuts, honey, and pasteurized/fortified dairy can lower my ability to achieve a taller erection.....where as if I instead eat seedless fruit, good quality meats , healthy fats, seedless veggies like potatoes, olives, some spices, etc....and I’m able to hit 9 inches easily and get erect much faster, achieving maximum penile erect lengthening. There is a lot of science behind why those foods can cause such a drastic bodily function change in regards to me, but that’s a conversation for another day,....but some of those foods, others may be able to handle or those foods may really help them get erect or grow, so everyone is different, that is why it is a trial and experiment. My friend gets an erection assistance from pinto beans, whereas pinto beans kill my erectile. One of my buds says honey helps his erection, and potato kills his....but for me, honey lowers my erection, and potatoes help increase libido. Another one said raw milk helps his penis length but pasteaurized milk kills it. So let’s say I go over to a gathering, and they make me eat white rice and chicken.....and I have sex right after that...I won’t be able to hit my full 9 inches in full strength due to the white rice, and will only erect up to 6 or so. The white rice chelated my body’s intramuscular calcium, as well as other nutrients, that are important for erectile properties. That’s just one reason out of many. I would need to wait a few hours or a day or so for the white rice to leave my body or get fully digested, as well as go back to my meat/fruit/spices/veggie diet for my penis to go back to its full performance capacity. Beans have lectins and oxalates which can chelate important minerals and beneficial bacteria if one’s genes are sensitive to it. Certain beans may not effect someone or it may help increase their penile size, hence experimentation is needed. Plus, certain starches can clog up the limphatic system and many blood pathways, which if one is susceptible to it, it can lead to lower penile growth. Most Fruits usually have the least plant defenses, anti-nutrients, and toxins that can rob ur body of vital nutrients/vitamins/minerals. Most good quality Meat has zinc, b12, selenium, which is vital for penile/semen growth,....fruit can help shuttle the nutrients and proteins around, while also providing some micronutrients and satiation....so after semen release, meat and fruit and other compatible carbs or dairy if tolerated should be consumed for recovery of the fluids lost and for penile strength to reach its full extensive capacity. Women don’t need to worry about this as much as men, since they don’t need to worry about keeping something erect lol, but the foods I mentioned which were problematic for me, can also be problematic for other females and males, as it can cause neurological, cardiovascular, mental, physical, etc problems. One can still have a hard penis at 5 inches....that doesn’t mean it’s fully erect to its potential length, as one’s food selection and lifestyle factors can limit it from achieving its fuller, erect length. Alcohol, vaping, soda, smoking, incompatible foods as mentioned above....are the worse offenders for getting an erect small penis rather than having a lengthier/longer erect penis. Again, EVERYONE IS NOT THE SAME, do not go crazy over this...rather observe, implement, and it’s ok to sacrifice once in a while if needed and partake in the foods that don’t work for you, in case you are at a gathering or something, but even then, make good food choices that won’t hamper you. What worked for me may not work for you, but we need to be open minded and critical thinkers to consider experimenting and observing what is in our bodily function’s best interest. Here is some people that experienced the same as me.....These are others like me who use food and herbs/spices as bio hacking tools for specific areas of life. This forum is a great example of an uncensored platform, but do not fall victim to the countless and overused supplements most of the users on these forum use, as well as eating organ meat which is unnecessary. Rather Use certain combinations and ratios of food, herbs, spices to improvise aspects of your life and body.
