Chris Oyakhilome Biography. The man, the educator, mentor and the charity philanthropist

Pastor and faith heaver TV host, author Chris Oyakhilome. As well as his followers, Pastor Chris is the president and founder of LoveWorld Incorporated. His unique interpretation of God's Word has enthralled millions across the world.

Pastor Chris"The" Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born December 7, 1963, in Edo State in Nigeria. He was raised in a religious family with loving and dedicated parents. He was the oldest of four children born to Elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the first pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who imprinted her faith in God's grace upon her son at an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry involves the whole family. Reverend Ken is Ken's older brother and member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren (KattyWorghiren) is director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry. This organization houses a variety of gospel artists that are the top-selling worldwide.

Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome studied at Edo College before winning a scholarship to pursue a degree in architecture at Bendel State University, known now as Ambrose Ali University, where He earned an BSc in Architecture. He also received an honorary Doctor of Science award. He is a recipient of an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. While attending Ambrose Ali University, he received a call from God to go into the ministry and become an obedient servant of the Lord.


Chris: The Pastor Chris The Mentor
The Man of God was studying at the university, founded what would later become one of the most important church in the world. A small group of prayer named Youth for Christ’ was established. It would evolve into one of the most admired institutions on campus. LoveWorld Incorporated would follow millions with the founding of Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated.

Pastor Chris was the leader of the LoveWorld ministry to become the pioneer of satellite TV and Christian production and programming on television. LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television station that broadcast out of Africa to the rest of the world, 24/7, all the time on free-to-air channels. There are LoveWorld satellite and cable television stations across the world.

Christ Embassy has strong presence in Pastor Chris's home country of Nigeria, South Africa and Canada. Chris Oyakhilome Biography Two Healing Schools are located in South Africa and Canada. There, Pastor Chris organizes seasonal sessions that allow miracles to be performed.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a zealous philanthropist who founded the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation (COFI) which is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation with the aim to assist the poorest communities and people in the most deprived regions and countries across the globe.

The Man, God, has founded NGOs with the mission to provide vital assistance and hope. COFI has five partners who support it, all of whom is dedicated to improving the living standard in remote areas.

COFI is accountable for the InnerCity Mission ICM for Children and the Volunteer Medical Corps VMC, Traumacare International Foundation TCIF, Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF), in addition to the Bible For All Mission. Each organization works to improve health, lives and spirits for those most in need.

His charity also provides support for children who are in need. Pastor Chris believes that solid communities are backed by COFI and The InnerCity Mission. This promotes accountability leadership and good governance. It also promotes sustainable development in Africa as well in other vulnerable areas of the world, in accordance to the Sustainable Development Goals. It is clear the fact that Pastor Chris is a strong ambassador for Christ with a vast and effective ministry.
