Obesity becomes one of the main problems in the world. When I asked our trainer, he told me the information there are more than 50% people on earth that are facing this concern. This is just because of their lifestyle and intake of processed foods. Most in the times they employed to eat pizzas, burgers, etc and cold drinks and liquors. Apart from these reasons their unscheduled lifestyle or very hectic schedule don't allow them do proper exercise and due to their lifestyle they are lacking four kinds of necessary things to keep their life very well and healthy.

These four reasons are:

1. Regular Exercise
2. Proper Nutrition
3. Adequate Rest
4. Positive Mental Attitude

These are the four major reasons of one's bad health. To keep yourself fit and fine you want to do exercise on a regular basis. I am not saying which you required to do hardcore exercise to keep you healthy. But you are capable of doing Cardio exercises like running, yoga, cycling, etc. You should give attention to your meal. my latest blog post should keep close track of your diet that what you really are gonna ingest your breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe that you just should take 6 small meals as an alternative to 3 heavy meals. Rest is incredibly much important after work. You need to rest properly after you finish your projects. Otherwise it's results couldn't survive good. Now when we speak about positive mental attitude, then many individuals think that these are very tolerant of the items. But there is a big difference between positive thinking and thinking positively. Positive thinking means that your thinking and ideas are positive and whatever the condition is that you always think positive. Thinking positive feels like you are pressurize by the situation to think positive when you have fear that something is going wrong.

These will be the four pillars of life you can say which decide what you will be and judge your lifetime. I asked a question to a popular health consultant that what is obesity? What is the reason of this and the way to control it? He replied me that is about the calories we intake. When we take calories and use up more calories than we reduce our weight, whenever we take calories and burn same than we maintain and once we take calories and burn under we become fat. So, this is all about the calories and nutritional values we intake. So follow these four steps and you can live a wholesome and peaceful life.
