Ingredients :
Potatoes - 3 med. size
Fresh Coriander - chopped
Green Chillies - 4 to 5 chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Maida (Refined Flour) - 2 tbsp
Method :
1. Peel the potatoes and keep them immersed in water to avoid oxidizing.
2. Grate the potatoes straight into clean water.
3. Wash the grated potatoes twice or thrice so that all the extra starch is removed.

5. Drain the water off the grated potatoes.
6. Add all the seasoning ingredients to it along with the corn flour and refined flour.
7. Mix it well, do not use water as the potatoes are wet and may release moisture.
8. Drop small portions of the batter into hot oil for deep frying.
9. Fry the pakoras until they are crispy and golden in color.
10. Serve them hot with green chutney, tomato ketchup or a cup of tea. Enjoy!
