Fan Tan, or fan-tan, is a game of gambling that has been played for centuries which has been popular for many years in China. It is divided into various sections, similar to other traditional Chinese games. The base player at home makes bets according the fan-tan layout. The first player is the one who draws seven cards. Each additional player rolls a dice to place their card on the last deck. The player's stake is the sum of dice that are rolled.

The base needs to buy more cards, if the player does not have any cards. They may also purchase one additional card for each row of sevens on the board and add the sevens to the chips they already have in the general area. The base buys three more cards once the last player has purchased their cards. The stack that is purchased is turned. In a fan tan the last person leaves with all their chips intact.

One member of the group can buy three cards while the rest must buy two. The player with the most chips wins after all the cards are purchased. This game is very popular with children and is usually played out at birthday parties. There's usually a Fan Tan board in the middle of the table with five counters around it.

As opposed to the standard card game, this version of Fan Tan offers two decks. Every player receives 10 cards and three additional cards placed on the deck. Each card has the identical suit, and this is typically an red or white set. The colors of the cards are as well matched by the five counters placed around the table.

The game is filled with fan-tan, and often there is betting involved. The basic version of the game lets you to wager on the amount of chips in your possession. The fan-tan variation of the game allows you to bet the value of each card that you hold, at minimum. There are betting strategies, known as "shot" kind bets which take the form of multi-lay bets where the amount of chips that you wager is increased when the card is turned over. Other betting options are available in the fan-tan games which include the blind bet or double-shoot wager, as well as the triple-shoot, half-shoot full-shoot, triple-shoot and half-shoot.

The first round is over and a second round begins. Four new players are added in the normal version. They will replace those who have already been eliminated who lost the bid to win the last card in round 1. The remaining players are relocated to their assigned positions and the next round begins. This time, you will have to take the place of the cards from the deck that were exposed, but without divulging the contents of their decks. It is essential, as you will be penalized by other players for revealing their decks.

After the round has begun after the round is over, the dealer will shake the deck, and then deal 24 cards to all players. Every player will place his cash on the table. The seven players will receive seven cards by the dealer. Each participant will be asked to identify their four cards to the dealer in the same way he did prior to the round. The dealer will then ask each player to name their four cards exactly as they did in the initial round.

After all sevens have been dealt the dealer will then call the first dealer and get ready to deal the second round of chips. The second dealer will distribute the same number of cards to players as in the Fan Tan round, but this time, the seven that were discarded are now placed in their proper positions. The second dealer will announce "iryther" which means the Fan Tan round will end. Following that, every participant will return to their home table.
