Leyla Aliyeva was born on July 3rd, 1985, in Moscow. http://xn--l1aall.xn--p1ai/user/Leyla-Aliyevalwwb328/ She studied in London and Moscow and graduated with the Master's Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. In 2008, Leyla Aliyeva became the General Coordinator of the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue and on April 18, 2009, she was elected as the Chairperson of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia AMOR. AMOR which supports Azerbaijani students and young people who reside in the Russian Federation. Leyla Aliyeva Leyla Ayla Aliyeva received the "Taraggi", award in July 2011 for her contributions toward the improvement of Azerbaijani Russian relations. In New York, she was presented with the "Key to Life" award for her humanitarian work with children.

Leyla Aliyeva was honoured as the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization's (FAO), Goodwill Ambassador, on May 25, 2015.

She was awarded the Pushkin Medal by the Russian Federation on October 20, 2015.

Leyla Aliyeva is mother of twin boys and one girl.
