Bayrock Group's journey from the Suburbs, to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

The Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate development firm, Bayrock Group, quickly after its establishment found itself working in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Many dream of coming to the United States to live the American dream But only a handful individuals achieve it. Entrepreneur from Turkish Kazakhstan Tevfik Arik was one of them when he arrived in America in 2001 to launch his own company, Bayrock Group.

The partnership between the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization was a relatively new addition to the city's real-estate scene.

Tevfik arif was the founder of Spring Street. He designed an arrangement that gives Spring Street more brand recognition.

According to the source, Trump Organization would obtain 18% equity in the building in return of using the Trump logo on the building's title.

The arrangement was embraced by the three firms. In 2006, Trump SoHo's first brick was laid.

Two years later, Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization together with the Sapir Organization, inaugurated Trump SoHo as their contribution to New York City's skyline.

Design experts take over Trump SoHo
The 46 stories of Trump SoHo featured exclusive bars and restaurants as well as banquet and event rooms, pools that are open to the air, event and conference halls, spa departments, apartments and hotel suites.
