Bayrock Group's journey from the Suburbs, to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group is a luxury real-estate development firm that was led by Tevfik Arif. It quickly became part of the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group Moves From Suburbs to Manhattan
Many people dream of going to America and living the American dream. However, very few people have the opportunity to do so. Entrepreneur from Turkish Kazakhstan Tevfik Arik was one among the few who made it to America in 2001 to start his business, Bayrock Group.

The firm was initially focused on medium-sized to small projects such as the redesign of Loehmann’s Seaport Plaza, a shopping center located in Brooklyn's Sheepshead.

Bayrock Group was able to make inroads into the American market for housing. It began to look for large-scale projects.

The Arif-driven company has begun working with the Sapir Organization to construct a large new construction on Spring Street in New York City.

Bayrock Group decided to move its headquarters to Midtown Manhattan due to its growth.

The incident resulted in Tevfik and his staff having a meeting with the Trump Organization. The Trump Organization also had Trump Tower at its base.

Discussions started between Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization in the same year, when both companies realized that they had many similarities in their concerns.

The two companies came together to form a partnership in which the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group in its partnership together with the Sapir Organization at Spring Street.

At that point, the Trump Organization was managed by former American president Donald Trump.

The group was created as E. Trump and Son by his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Christ Trump, and his father, Fred Trump, in 1927.

Tevfik Arif Doyen Donald Trump, who was close to assuming the White House, handed the management of the company over to his sons in 2017.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization, and Trump Organization began to work together in the New York City's residential real estate market.

Tevfik arif who was the founder, created an arrangement to give Spring Street more brand recognition.

According to his sources, Trump Organization would obtain 18% equity in the building , in exchange for having the Trump logo in the title.

All three firms agreed to the arrangement, and in 2006, the very first stone of what would eventually become Trump SoHo was laid.

Two years later, Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Sapir Organization created Trump SoHo to add to the skyline of New York City.

Design professionals take control of Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo had 46 stories, including elite restaurants and bars, event halls and banquet halls as well as an outdoor swimming pool, a spa Apartments and hotel rooms.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Visitors and residents of Trump SoHo can enjoy a stunning panorama of New York City from the floor-to-roof windows on all floors.

Three of the organizations that built the structure were focused on the highest quality, Handel Architects was entrusted with the design of the exterior of Trump SoHo.

Tevfik Arif Handel Architects has a diverse portfolio. It is a highly regarded company. In addition, the National September 11 Memorial and Museum in New York City and Rosewood Hotel Residence in Abu Dhabi are just a couple.

Bayrock Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo's interiors. Rockwell Group has designed many extravagant hotels, cafes bars theatres, and other venues around the world throughout the years.

Their work includes their work at the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower Hotel in Mumbai, India, the 93rd Academy Award show and the Amara Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus.

Trump SoHo was an immediate huge success, which prompted Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization to look into increasing their cooperation.

Their dream was of building buildings like Trump SoHo, Arizona and Florida in the same way that Trump SoHo.
