Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate development firm, began working swiftly with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after it was established.

Both companies formed a cooperation in which the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group in its partnership in partnership with the Sapir Organization at Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was then managed by the former president of America, Donald Trump.

When the cooperation between the Trump Organization, the Sapir Organization and the Bayrock Group began, the latter was still somewhat new in the New York City real estate scene.
