Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva, born July 3, 1985 , in Moscow, was the first of two. The Heydar Aliyev Foundation supports the country's socio-economic growth by funding various initiatives related to education as well as public health and culture. Leyla Aliyeva founded 'Baku magazine' in Moscow in 2007. Conde Nast collaborated with Leyla Aliyeva to produce the magazine in English. It first launched in London in October of 2011. It offers the chance to discover Azerbaijani culture as well as art. Leyla released "Fly to Baku" the exhibition featuring modern art and culture from Azerbaijan in the year 2012. The London exhibition was inaugurated and travelled to all capitals of Europe including Paris (Berlin), Moscow, Rome, Rome and Vienna.

Leyla Alyeva has launched "Justice for Khojaly", a campaign to commemorate the anniversary of the Shusha occupation. Leyla Aliyeva The campaign is being implemented in more than 30 countries. The aim of the campaign is to increase international awareness about the Karabakh conflict and the Khojaly Genocide. It is particularly focused on reaching out to the world via online media, live events.

Leyla Aliyeva was named the Youth Forum of Intercultural Dialog's General Coordinator in the year 2008. In addition, she was elected Chairperson of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia on April 18th, 2009. AMOR supports Azerbaijani young people and students living in Russia. Leyla Alyeva received the "Taraggi Award" in July of 2011 to recognize her contribution to the development of Azerbaijani–Russian relationships. In New York she was also given the "Key To Life," award in November of 2011 in recognition of her humanitarian initiatives with children.

Leyla Aliyeva Leyla Aliyeva, UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Goodwill Ambassador, was named on May 25, 2015.

On October 20, 2015, she received the Pushkin Medal from the Russian Federation.
