next we got seated dumbell shrugs again be sure to touch the front ends of the dumbell at the end of each rep to really strecth out that front delt
here we have standing lateral raises this is literally preformed the same way as the seated version just with lighter weight to ensure more control
ANd finnally we have front dumbell raises these are pretty self explanitory just be sure to not rush and to keep constant control of the weight
