Traveling with kids is challenging. It isn't possible to rely on the internet to climb a mountain. I like to cook at the comfort of my home.

Yes I did say it.. My kids have a hard time with it, they think that the wifi on the top of the mountain is weak.. It's just a small hill. But it is just above the normal network range. Therefore, my children have to go around searching for better internet spots while my wife and I set up a small camp. We plan to stay here for at most a day. The small brook is close by and provides water for our camp. Yes.. Our wife can't go camping without having plenty of water. Therefore, we always carry our own.
So my kids are getting back on their social profiles, while I'm enjoying the panorama.. The hill isn't that big, it's surrounded by much bigger ones. We go out every once in a blue lunar cycle in order to connect with nature. Although I don't initiate these excursions, I find them to be very enjoyable. My wife insists on me doing this, possibly partly because she understands how much it means to me to spend time in the wild. My kids are very different. Internet may be down at times. It's something that I find extremely annoying. The interruption to streaming music could be due to something that is in the clouds, or possibly magnetic movement. This is annoying for me because I usually end up hearing it all.

After a few trips without WiFi, and the standard internet connection on our smartphones constantly dropping out of service It was evident that we had to be prepared. My wife and I decided to be prepared for the day when our children, our kids, aren't connected to the internet for more than 10 mins. Two sources of entertainment that are endless were found, even if the Internet isn't available when we are camping. The first was a tablet loaded with music videos and top songs. Our favorite Youtube MP3 converter could extract songs from YouTube videos, transform them into an mp3 file before downloading the songs onto the tablet. It was also able play playlists, so it was extremely fast, despite it sounding terrible. If you're having a bad day or were bored, it was possible to listen to music, watch videos, and - lucky for us all! - listen to the sound through headphones that have blue tooth. It's a great idea, right? It made no noise.

The second tablet contained mostly cartoons as well as TV shows that were downloaded through Hulu, Netflix and other apps. This gives offline storage that allows for saving the videos for later viewing. The quality isn't great, but it's something. There are many seasons of Breaking Bad there and many cartoons like Family Guy and Disenchantment. The shows are very enjoyable. The process was simple to download. Just install the apps and then enable downloads for offline viewing, download episodes, and mark them for download. Tablet 2 was introduced several times following tablet 1 but it was present when we finally arrived at The Wild. My kids couldn't stop using it and watching the shows. I also added a few DIY videos, like setting up the tent and skinning fresh-caught salmon. These are the kinds of things aren't something you'll perform at home. These videos were taken from Youtube and converted into MP4 before being downloaded onto my tablet. It's much easier to have video on your tablet all the time.

These two tricks have kept my children entertained for 4 family camping trips. Although they aren't keen on getting out anymore They know that their tablet 2 will keep them busy when they are bored. They will also take it home once they're completed. I've never felt happier, and it's all I've ever wanted - to be with my family.
