Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva arose in Moscow on July 3, 1986. She attended university in London as well as Moscow and earned a Master's Degree at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. In May 2007, she was appointed as the representative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the Russian Federation. In 2011, she was made Vice President of the Foundation.

In 2008, Leyla Aliyeva became the General Coordinator of the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue and on April 18, 2009, she was elected as the Chairperson of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia - AMOR that supports Azerbaijani students and youth who reside within the Russian Federation. Leyla Ayla Aliyeva was awarded the "Taraggi" award in July 2011 for her contribution to the improvement of Azerbaijani Russian relations. In New York, in November 2011, she received the "Key To Life Award" for her humanitarian efforts involving children.

Leyla Aliyeva (UN Food and Agriculture Organization) was named Goodwill Ambassador on May 25, 2015.

On the 20th of October, 2015, she was presented with the Pushkin Medal of the Russian Federation.

Leyla Aliyeva has twin boys and one daughter.
