Hello this is Alice Robert's wife is Alisa in this morning oh fantastic thank you. Hi Alisa this is Alice speaking I was just wondering how your tree decorating is becoming for the coming festival of trees program. My husband informed me that your tree is going to be highly superior to the other trees this year. Is it true you will be decorating it with old-fashioned trains and that you are building a wooden track to twist it up and around the tree until it reaches the top. Well I think that is a really nice idea you have always been so creative let me know if you need any help on it and I would be happy to help you my dad has worked for the rallroad since I was seven so I might be able to add some good insight to your project also I love to do arts and crafts. Really that would be amazing I have never done such a big project before let alone for a charity donation. I appreciate you allowing me to bombard your train project. I have always wanted to feel involved in something major to help out the primary children's hospital my daughter was a patient there when she was only six weeks old. Oh yeah it was a very stressful time in my life but they did what they do best if it wasn't for them my daughter would have died. Anyway back to the donation project when are the entries due is the deadline rapidly approaching. All right so we need to have the tree to the south town Expo Center By October. Which means we only have approximately a week and a half to complete it considering the due date how about I come to your house early morning. Great I can do that this is going to do fantastic I have only entered donations into the gingerbread village which is fun and all but I'm not as skilled with those as I am with knowledge of train stations and painting railway signs. How about I pick up some wood yellow tape and ask my dad if he has any items that he can be part with that will help the tree stick out as an authentic relic to really show off the theme of tree that is if it won't break his heart to part with them. Okay sure I can grab that too when is the festival being held isn't it normally the first week in of November I think it normally lasts around three or four days though I wish it was longer I feel there is never enough time to be able to see everything. November 4 through the 7th okay that is actually perfect for me I was worried it would be while I was on my trip to Hawaii well I think everything is set I will head to your house around 830 I'll see you then goodbye.
