Start by having two shakes each day. One for breakfast and lunch, and another after your workout. Experts recommend you drink 1/3 of your shake before and 1/3 during exercise, and 1/3 of it after lifting. This is fine so long as your stomach can handle it. It can be difficult to digest in the summer. Try it out and report back. Your shake does no good for you if its coming out instead of going it.

Although I have used this technique in the pre-game, we will continue to use it during warm ups and practice this season, partly due to Wade Salem from CFL.
