Apps like Spotify and Messenger didn't make the cut. This means that there are fewer distractions for Windows 11 SE users. Microsoft said that apps that can be used in a web browser would still be able to work.



It is also impossible to alter any of the settings within the operating system. As with the apps, only administrators are able to modify the settings. Administrators can also remotely wipe the device.



What is the difference between Windows 11 compare to Windows 11 SE? The major difference between Windows 11 and Windows 11 SE is that Windows 11 was designed for personal use, while Windows 11 SE was designed for remote management in IT or classroom settings. These different intentions impact how users are able to access the operating system and which applications can be run on it. You can upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10 and Windows 11 has no app limitations. Only administrators can add apps to Windows 11 SE. Even the administrators can only choose from a small number of apps. The systems function and look identical to each other.
