There's a different method to enjoy Minecraft: mods. Mods that let you build huge factories in the sky, survive a space shuttle crash on an alien planet or become a wizard of a different kind or simply live peacefully with nature in the forests.
The majority of articles that claim to have the best Minecraft mods will offer you an endless number of incompatible downloads to grab off sites that aren't trustworthy However, we'll be doing things a different way. We will give you five specially curated mod packs which work together to provide an experience that is unique.

You'll require the Twitch Desktop application (opens in the new tab) to download them. This will guide you through the entire installation process. Click the Minecraft tab, click 'Browse All Modpacks', and then use the search box to locate each modpack.
One hardware note: To run these mods, you'll require the desktop version of Minecraft installed on your computer. Minecraft isn't exactly what you would consider a well-optimized video game. Mods can put an extra burden on it, and therefore lower-end computers might have trouble running the bigger packs.
