Minecraft creators literally can't stop adding new games and we're not about to stop them. We wrote about Wordle at the end of March. Today we bring you another player who has recreated the legendary Minesweeper with Redstone and an unimaginably number of moving parts.
The map is created by CraftyMasterman who put an article up on Reddit with a video showing off. Although the video doesn't display much other than the scale of the device, it's amazing. Lava is used to represent the numbers. There's even a tiny handheld map that you can view while you play to replicate what's happening on the board.
If you're interested in seeing how this came to be you can check out a video of it on CraftyMasterman's YouTube channel. This build was part of a massive Redstone build contest, which offered the chance to win $10,000 USD for the best Redstone creation.
When CraftyMasterman couldn't finish his build in time for the contest's judging, he chose to keep going after having staked his reputation as a legend in redstone on it. He stayed for another two weeks working on it, undergoing multiple iterations before triumphantly presented a prototype to the competition's judges.

Even for a seasoned Minecraft player, the complexity of the build is awe-inspiring. The builder is not only design the board which is enormous, but they also need to make it display numbers, determine the number of TNT blocks surrounding it, and also randomly select it in a compelling enough manner to make the game fun. It's not something that the average Minecraft player can do or have the patience for.
