7 days a week 2-3 basketball workouts everyday
Consistency is key

Notes:
Skills workout:
Work on everything (Floaters, bumps, step backs, post moves, perimeter moves, and mid range moves)
Master each skill (Start slow and make sure you are doing the right thing. Then transfer those skills into game speed and actual games)
Steal skills from other players (Jared McCain, Mikey Williams, Bronny James, pro players, NBA players, and college players)
Have many different options (Have every ball handling move, every finishing move, and every mid range option in your bag)
Skills workouts should last 60-90 minutes

Lifting/body workout:
Focuses on strength, flexibility, core, conditioning, and speed
Doesn't have to be lifting weights (Just makes the body stronger)
Lifting/body workout can be (Weights, cardio, pushups, sit-ups, and many other things)
Learn how to take care of the body/recovery
Lifting/body workouts should last 45-60-70 minutes
This is under workout notes (Can be done at home and/or at the gym)
Conditioning (Can be different then regular cardio)

Shooting Workout:
Shoot many shots from everywhere on the floor (Mid range, perimeter, and in the post)
Form shooting and other drills can help your shot (Different then skills workout)
Shooting workouts should last 60-90 minutes

Schedule for basketball (not exact times)
Have to find time and make schedule (Must have 2-3 workouts though)
Wake up 8:00-8:30 (Achieve morning schedule)
Get to gym/court at 9:00 (Stretch again)
Skills workout from 9:00-10:30-11:30 (Usually lasts between 60-90 minutes)
Eat from 11:30-12:00
Watch film from 12:00-12:30
Lifting/body workout from 2:00-3:00 (usually lasts between 45-60-70 minutes)
Basketball conditioning from
Scrimmage/Game/Game shots 6:00-7:00 (Usually last between an 40-60 minutes)
Shooting workout from 8:00-9:15 (usually lasts between 60-90 minutes)
