Prioritizing Overload over all your other spells (even Electric Vortex) is a viable build if you want to be able to heavily harass your opponent in the lane. The high level in Overload early on will also help you in last hitting. Most likely with this build you will be able to do better in a 1v1 situation than with the other builds. The problem is that you get your 3rd level in Electric Vortex on lvl 9, which is quite late. Before that point you will not be able to pull people over your Remnant and your disable will be much shorter. This will make rotations more difficult because your initiation will be quite weaker. Avoid this build if you want to rotate and gank often. If you want to stay in the lane and farm up an expensive item (like Orchid) before rotating, going for this build is not a bad idea.
