This is the most effective method to set up a server on our hosting platform, whether you'd like to test our services or get one for free. MINECRAFT takes a few minutes to acquire a server and get it set up.
The first step is to go to scalacube.com/free/minecraft/server/hosting and click on "Get Your Free Minecraft Server".
Click "Next" to select the closest dedicated server server to you.
Choose a server from Game servers list and then click "Next".
Click "Next" to select the "Free" plan.
Select your Server Address. For this tutorial we will select "IP With Port" then click "Next".
Register for our website.
You are now on the finalizing screen for your free server, click "Continue".
An activation code will be sent to the email address you entered on the website.
Once you have the Confirmation Code Copy it into this field , then click "Continue".
Your free server registration process is now complete. On this page, we can see the "Renew for free" button that you have to do every 2 days to ensure that the server continues to remain active. If it isn't done the server and its contents will be deleted and a new free server must be redeemed from the beginning.
Next, click "Manage server".
Free servers can only support the installation of Basic and Snapshot versions of Minecraft. Select your server and click on "Select" and then "Install" and wait for the process to finish.
Your free server and it's Features
The free server in comparison to premium servers is limited in its configuration. However, if we click on "Monitoring" and then "Monitoring", we will check the server's current configuration and its resource usage at the moment.
If we go back to "Game servers" and then click "Manage" we will be able to see the main hub for your Free Minecraft server.
Here we can turn off the server, restart it, wipe the map and players, and delete an existing game server.
If we click "Console", we can access the console of your free Minecraft server, which allows you to use administrative commands or check what's happening on your server at the current moment.
We can add the Minecraft player's name to the "Become administrator" tab.
You can alter the server.properties settings by going to "Settings". This includes gamemodes, levels, and the number of players.
As we have already stated, the free server has limitations. If you purchase an upgrade, you will have access to all features we offer, such as:
