came down stairs
hot chocolate and TV

- cornflakes and toast
played while I had a shower 07:00
08:20 had a shower, I stayed in the room while she showered
- out 08:30
plaited her hair
went for a walk in the forest to the park with the dogs
played for two hours
came back had lunch
- cheese and cucumber with a kitkat
applied sun cream in the back garden
played all afternoon
- fell over a few times, did not hurt herself
dinner
- pizza and salad
plenty to drink all day
19:00 shower/hairwash
I washed her hair
after shower she helped me water the plants
- noticed a bump on the head, she said this was done at Lisa's in bed
20:00 bed
- read a book
- difficult to sleep, little girl nextdoor had some friends over and a sleepover, but they gave her some sweets (they was out until 20:45)
she got upset about this so I read her another story
21:15 sleep
