A dealer's hand only becomes valid if it contains a queen or higher card. If the dealer has a queen, he compares his cards with those who have not folded to determine which hand is the best. Bluffs and semi-bluffs are successful a higher percentage of the time than in multi-way pots. It is easier to see the strength of your opponent's hands. Often in heads up action, pots can be won with low to middle pairs or even high-card poker game hands.

If you see that your opponents are stronger than you, it is a good idea for you to fold. You don't have to win every poker hand. Sometimes it is more prudent to play conservatively than to play aggressively. Once in a while it is okay to bluff, but this should be the exception and not the rule. This way, your opponents will begin to read you too easily.

4) Buttons. You will need a dealer but also a missed blind, bigblind, and little blind button. If you play in a game with a kill, then you will need to get a kill button as well.

CHECK - If there is no wager on the current betting round, a player may check. The act or checking of a player passes the action on to the next poker player. A check does no forfeit any interest in a pot. If all players check during a round of betting, the round is considered complete.
