These currencies are:
Singapore Dollar (SGD)
United States Dollar (USD)
Euro (EUR)
Great British Pound (GBP)
Japanese Yen (JPY)
Hong Kong Dollar (HKD)
Australian Dollar (AUD)
New Zealand Dollar (NZD)
Swiss Franc (CHF)

However, you can still make a payment using your YouTrip card to 150 curriencies including Malaysian Ringgit. You just need to make sure that your wallet has enough balance.Ypui just have to show your YouTrip card to the cashier or the merchant. In the event where there is insufficient balance in a particular currency wallet, the remaining
amount required to complete the purchase will come from other wallets in this order: Singapore
Dollar, United States Dollar, Euro, Great British Pound, Japanese Yen, Hong Kong Dollar,
Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Swiss Franc, Swedish Krona.

I have submitted the request to order a complimentary card replacement for you. I will reach out once it has been mailed out.

A Pending transaction is an authorised payment, awaiting confirmation by Mastercard. All new transactions will initially be reflected as “Pending” in your YouTrip app.

This simply means the transaction has been submitted but has not yet been fully processed by the merchant.

When a successful transaction appears as “Pending”, the funds are held until Mastercard has given the confirmation to clear the transaction. This will take a maximum of 8 days from the date of purchase to be confirmed, upon which we will release the funds via Mastercard to the merchant you made your purchase with.

In the event of a declined or an unsuccessful transaction, the transaction should not be cleared by Mastercard and the amount should be reversed back to your YouTrip account within 8 days.

It will then be reflected accordingly as “Reversed”.
