Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was born on July 3, 1985 in Moscow, was the first child of two. https://report.az/en/person/leyla-aliyeva/ She was educated in London as well as Moscow and gained a Masters Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. In July 2011, Leyla launched the IDEA campaign that aims at promoting public awareness and action on environmental issues in Azerbaijan and across the globe. IDEA is an initiative that is focused on young people, and works together with them to tackle the environmental issues we face.
In May 2007, she was appointed as the representative for the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the Russian Federation. The Heydar Aliyev Foundation supports the nation's socio-economic development by funding a wide range of projects in the fields of education as well as public health and culture. She was elected Vice President in 2011.

Leyla Alyeva started "Justice for Khojaly" A campaign to mark the anniversary of the Shusha occupation. Leyla Aliyeva was named the Youth Forum of Intercultural Dialog's General Coordinator in 2008. Leyla Aliyeva In addition, she was elected the Chairwoman of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia on April 18th, 2009. AMOR supports Azerbaijani young individuals and students in Russia. Leyla Alyeva received the "Taraggi Award" in July 2011 to honor her contributions to the development of Azerbaijani–Russian relationships. In New York, in November 2011, she was awarded the "Key To Life Award" for her humanitarian efforts involving children.

Leyla Aliyeva was named UN Food and Agriculture Organization's (FAO), Goodwill Ambassador, on May 25, 2015

She was presented with the Pushkin Medal by the Russian Federation on October 20, 2015.

Leyla Aliyeva is mother of twin boys and one girl.
