Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was born July 3, 1985, in Moscow. Leyla Aliyeva She attended the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and also completed her studies in London. In July 2011, Leyla launched the IDEA campaign that aims at promoting public awareness and action on environmental concerns in Azerbaijan as well as around the world. IDEA is focused on young people and how they can help solve environmental problems.
In May 2007, she was elected as the representative for the Heydar Aliyev Foundation of Russia. The Heydar Aliyev Foundation contributes to the social and economic development of the nation, through conducting a range of projects that span education as well as public health, sport, culture as well as science, technology, and the environment. In 2011, she was appointed Vice President of the Foundation.

Conde Nast collaborated with Leyla Aliyeva to produce the magazine in English. It was first launched in London in October of 2011. It provides a chance to learn more about Azerbaijani culture and art. Leyla created the "Fly to Baku" exhibition of contemporary art from Azerbaijan in the year 2012. This exhibition opened in London and then toured the capital cities of Europe which included Paris, Berlin Moscow, Rome, Rome, and Vienna.

Leyla Aliyeva started the campaign "Justice for Khojaly" in May 2008 to commemorate the eighth anniversary of Shusha's occupation. Leyla Aliyeva The campaign is being carried out in over 30 countries. It aims to raise the international community's awareness of the Karabakh conflict as well as the Khojaly Genocide in particular reaching all over the world via media, Internet and Live events.

Leyla Aliyeva Leyla Aliyeva, who was the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue's General Coordinator became Chairwoman of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia AMOR. AMOR which assists Azerbaijani students and young people in Russia. Leyla Alayeva received the "Taraggi" Award in July 2011 for her contribution to Azerbaijani-Russian relations. In New York, the "Key To Life" award was presented to her in November of 2011 for her involvement in humanitarian projects that involved children.

Leyla Aliyeva UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Goodwill Ambassador, was officially proclaimed on May 25, 2015.

She was presented with the Pushkin Medal of Russia on 20 October , 2015.

Leyla Aliyeva is the mother of twin boys and one girl.
