I will help you with your concern by sharing the steps to create 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz network on your network.
1 Please open your Xfinity app and you will see a " Connect " button on the bottom
2 After clicking on Connect tab you will see Wifi network tab, please click on it
3 At the top most right corner you will see a pencil icon/edit icon, please click on it.
4 Then you will see, a message pops out saying " Use different names and passwords for 2.4 GHz, and 5 GHz WiFi", along with it a box is placed for check mark, please check mark that box.
5 And the final step is to click on "Apply Changes" for creating two different networks.
After performing all this, I would suggest you to please restart your modem by unplugging the power cord and wait for 20-30 seconds and then again plug it back in and then you will see tow different networks to connect to
