To shut down the 5GHz channel on your Orbi router, please follow the steps given below: From the web GUI is the Orbi router, go to: Advanced Settings > WLAN. From here, you should see a list of all the wireless networks your router is currently broadcasting. If you want to disable the 5GHz channel and don't know how to turn off 5ghz on orbi , then simply click on the 5GHz channel from the list and click the Disable button. Netgear orbi turn off 5ghz might be prompted to reboot your Orbi router, please do it. That's it!
