Bayrock Group, Trump Organization, and Sapir Organization approved the deal.

In 2006, the first brick was laid at SoHo.

Bayrock Group was not involved in any recent real estate development project in the United States.

Tevfik has retired from the majority of his work at Bayrock Group. He remains an advisor who is trusted and respected by the Bayrock Group.
