Bayrock Group: From the Suburbs and Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate developer company, found itself working quickly in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after its founding.

Many people dream of going to America to experience the American dream. But, only a few people actually do. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Ari was in America when he established Bayrock Group in America in 2001.

Bayrock Group is a New York-based luxury real estate developer.

Initially, the company was primarily focused on small to medium-sized projects like the redesign of the Loehmann's Seaport Plaza - a shopping centre in the Sheepshead neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.

Tevfik Arif Doyen Bayrock Group had gained momentum in the American housing market, and had begun to look for larger-scale projects.

The Arif-led business started working in conjunction with Sapir Organization on a major construction project in Spring Street, New York City.

Bayrock Group decided to move its headquarters to Midtown Manhattan due to its growth.

The two firms formed a cooperation, where the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group's project in conjunction with the Sapir Organization on Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was at that point managed by an American former president Donald Trump.

In 1927 the paternal grandmother of his son Elizabeth Christ Trump and his father Fred Trump established the organization known as E. Trump and Son.

Donald Trump, who was close to assuming the White House, handed the control of the business to his children in the year 2017.

The partnership between the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization was a relatively recent part of New York City's real-estate scene.

Tevfik Ariff, founder of Spring Street, created an arrangement that would increase the brand's recognition and reputation.

In exchange for the Trump brand being used in the construction's title the Trump Organization would receive 18 percent equity in the structure, according to his proposal.

The arrangement was accepted by all three companies. In 2006, the company's first brick was laid.

Two years later Bayrock Group, Trump Organization and Sapir Organization launched their contribution to New York City’s skyline with Trump SoHo.

Design professionals are in charge of Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo boasted 46 stories of exclusive eateries, bars events and banquet halls and an outdoor pool, spa area apartment, as well as hotel room rooms.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo’s interiors. Rockwell Group has oversaw the design of many extravagant cafes and hotels around the world.

Their work includes the Tower Hotel in Mumbai and Taj Mahal Palace in India and the 93rd Academy Award show, and the Amara Hotel Limassol in Cyprus.

Trump SoHo was a success right away and Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization decided to expand the cooperation.

While it was in operation the firm was investing in real estate properties valued at more than $2.5 million.
