Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was born on July 3rd, 1985 in Moscow. Leyla Aliyeva Leyla Aliyeva She holds an MA Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and also studied in London and Moscow. Leyla created IDEA in July 2011. The goal of the campaign is to raise awareness and encourage action on environmental problems in Azerbaijan as well as across the world. IDEA focuses on youth and assists them in finding solutions to the environmental challenges they face.
She was elected the representative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Russia in May 2007. The Heydar Aliyev Foundation contributes to the social and economic development of the country by conducting a range of projects that span education as well as public health, culture, sports, science, technology and the environment. She was appointed Vice-President of the Foundation in 2011.

Leyla Aliyeva launched 'Baku' magazine in Moscow in 2007. Conde Nast collaborated with Leyla Aliyeva to produce the magazine that is English-language. It was launched in London in October of 2011. This magazine offers a chance to explore art, culture and Azerbaijan. Leyla Aliyeva Leyla released "Fly to Baku" the exhibition that showcases contemporary art from Azerbaijan in the year 2012. The London exhibition was inaugurated and travelled to all capitals of Europe including Paris (Berlin), Moscow, Rome, Rome and Vienna.

Leyla Aliyeva announced the campaign "Justice for Khojaly" in May 2008 in celebration of the 8th anniversary of Shusha's occupation. Leyla Aliyeva This campaign is now in place in more 30 countries. It aims at raising the awareness of the world about Karabakh conflict and Khojaly Genocide.

Leyla Aliyeva was made the Youth Forum of Intercultural Dialogue’s General Coordinator in the year 2008. In addition, she was elected Chairperson of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia on April 18th, 2009. AMOR supports Azerbaijani young people and students living in Russia. https://report.az/en/person/leyla-aliyeva/ Leyla Alyeva received the "Taraggi Award" in July 2011 , to acknowledge her contributions towards the growth of the Azerbaijani-Russian relationship. She also received the "Key to Life" award in New York in November 2011 for her involvement in humanitarian projects involving children.

Leyla Aliyeva was named the UN Food and Agriculture Organization's (FAO), Goodwill Ambassador on May 25, 2015.

On the 20th day of October 2015, she received the Pushkin Medal from the Russian Federation.

Leyla Aliyeva has twin boys and one daughter.
