City's science museum creates Minecraft maps of Bristol

A museum is encouraging people to digitally reconstruct Bristol by offering free Minecraft maps of the city.
We The Curious created the maps for its Minecraft workshops as part of the Festival of What If.
Tom Rodgers, life science officer, claimed that there was a rollercoaster and a giant rainbow. Also, someone made College Green into an active volcano.
Minecraft is an online video game, but there is no winning or losing. Gamers create digital worlds.
"There was no Metrobus or Arena - maybe this isn't something that 12-year-olds worry about," Mr Rodgers said.
The maps of the museum cover the region around Harbourside. They can be downloaded from the museum's Twitter page.
Mr Rodgers stated that he had never before held a digital event like it before. Minecraft He also stated that he was hoping to inspire people to try their hand and to give them fresh ideas.
