Miscommunication is a big issue. It's a minefield that we've have created. It starts a second after the initial contact is made with a person and ends with an amazing explosion...
Our greatest mistake is when we believe that there is complete co-operation in the expectations of our partners and do not even try to comprehend our partner's expectations. One thing is for certain, however: the other party doesn't waste any chance to widen this gap . There's no one in the world who can warn us to the upcoming conflict.
There are numerous factors that can lead to miscommunications. The square personality is more likely not to communicate with those who are liberal. People who are aggressive will struggle to align their expectations and those of passive individuals. This is easy to recognize - everyone knows the difference between liberal and passive from aggressive.
However, they might not be aware that they're different. Think of the personality gap. Nobody has ever traced it or warned about it, studied it...NOT even EVER FREUD! !
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduced you to a new type of personality we all have: the FULL CIRCLE versus the HALLF CIRCLE types! !

Note - This is a guide for behavior. After reading the following article, try to identify which personality most accurately describes you. Additionally, you should identify your partner in real life. If you find that you're different kinds - as Bono song says "we are one but we're different" You should be extremely happy as you may have found the cause of many of your differences! If you're on the other side you're of the same kind and you're not sure why, I'm sorry to say that I'm not able to help you understand why your relationships look like the same thing...
So here we go...
Humans are split into two categories. A few of us fall under the "full-circle" category which refers to a person who is totally independent and doesn't feel that the need for a partner. Sure, he's required to be with someone, and yes, he's always seeking one. Absolutely! It's all true! ... However, he cannot survive without his dream partner until he finds one. He is determined to live his life with his partner and is determined to complete his circle.
Half-a-circle people make up the other half of the human race. They won't let go once they've found their unhappy companion. They'll move to physically integrate with their victim to form one joyful circle... and do not allow them to experience the dreadful reality of living shoulder-to-shoulder! They won't compromise on being capable of looking at each others for the rest of their lives. They won't compromise on something less intimate to meet their need to be integrated with the other half and make up a whole.
The decision to let go of someone is a common observation. The entire circle will surely get rid of a partner who is losing their connection quickly. Half-circles are, however they will redefine the concept of 'having mutual chemistry with their partners and say 'I'm hanging on to this B..ST..RD, , until I can safely replace him with a proper upgrade'.
Imagine the amazing dance taking place when two people, a "half-a-circle" and an "full-circle" attempt to impress the other's partner, but not aware of their differing geometries. The Half takes two steps forward, way past the comfort zone of the Full, who finds this sudden entry into his own personal space a little too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He forced the Half out of his comfortable zone . While the Half thinks that the Full made a error, and graciously compensated by taking another step ahead, the Half is more concerned and begins to feel angry. They know the reason, but since they don't know the proper terms to explain their confusion and head to the wrong places. If only they knew that one is Half and the other is Full it could have saved their lives ...
Although there isn't a single conclusion, there are a variety of actions that can be taken.
1. Find out who you are as a person.
Rami Beracha
2. Find out who your partner is
Rami Beracha
3. Be aware of the difference.
3. Respect the difference!
Rami Beracha
One of the conclusions is to live and enjoy life.
