Testing:
100-300 pg/ml target estradiol (E2), ~20 ng/dL target T
if estrogen lower increase estradiol dosage
if testosterone closer to regular increase spironolactane to maximum of 200mg
after T level reaches ~30ng/dL you can likely stop taking spiro as it will be the estradiol that is blocking T production
