It's a major issue that people do not understand. It's a minefield of our own making. It's a matter of moments after the first contact and culminates in an amazing explosion...
The biggest error we make is that, for no reason at all, we always presume that there is a complete alignment in the expectations of both parties without trying to discern our partner's brain in order to figure out what his expectations from us are. One thing is for certain, however: our partner doesn't miss any opportunity to increase this expectation gap . There is no one to warn us of the imminent conflict.
There are a myriad of causes that can cause confusion. Square people are more likely to miscommunicate more than liberal people, while people who are aggressive might have trouble matching their expectations to those of passive individuals. This is easy to identify as we all know what squared signifies.
But, what is the likelihood that they're so different, only they cannot recognize that. Imagine to yourself that there's a type of a personality gap that exists, but is not even noticed by us. It has never been discovered or warned about it, nor investigated it. !

Humans can be divided into two categories. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category, which is an individual that can be completely independent and does not feel like needing a partner. Sure, he needs a partner. Absolutely! all true! ... However, he will have to live without a dream partner until he does. He will continue living his life in a relationship with his new partner once the time comes to find one.

The "half-a circle" type is the other aspect of humankind. (No it's not a full-circle that was damaged during the birth). When they find the terrible creature, they will not give up! They'll move to physically integrate with the victim in order to create one happy circle... and do not give them the pleasure of living shoulder to shoulder! They'll not be compromising on being capable of looking at each with each other for the rest of their lives. Their desire to be one with their spouse and make a complete unit can only be satisfied by something less intimate.
An interesting observation in these two types: the decision to let a partner go. The full circle will naturally let go relatively quickly from an individual he no longer has the chemistry of. Half-circles, however, redefine what 'having mutually in chemistry with their partners' to mean - 'im still holding onto this B..ST..RD until I can safely replace them with an appropriate upgrade'.
Imagine a dance where a half-a-circle and a full circle try to make their partner happy. But, the half is able to take two steps forward past the safety zone. The sudden invasion of his private space can be somewhat intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he stepped out half of his comfort zone .... and, while the Half was sure the Full made an innocent error The Half starts to get angry and takes a step forward. Both know why but lack proper terminology. They can't properly explain their frustration, and so they search at the wrong things. The victims could have been saved had they known that the answer they're searching for is Half and the other one is full.
While there is no one conclusion, there are several actions that can be taken.
