Although he wasn't sure that it was the right choice for him, he decided to continue his studies in law, obtaining an MBA in New York, and then was employed abroad at an attorney firm. He discovered that his passion was more in business than law through his time working in the Wall Street law office. Therefore, he decided to leave his job and relocated to France to complete an MBA.

Following her graduation in 1996, Beracha began her career for the Venture Capital Fund Pitango, the biggest venture capital investment fund in Israel. Pitango invests in businesses at their infancy stages, and develops core areas for high-tech. Pitango has made over 200 investments and had over 85 exits. Rami was appointed the managing partner of Pitango in 2000. He led several deals that led to success in the exits of fortune 500 companies such as Broadcom as well as Marvel, Cisco, and Apple over the next 18 years.

Although today it seems that Rami Beracha succeeds in everything that he has chosen to pursue, his journey hasn't always been simple. Beracha was only a teenager when he became a soldier in the army. He was a Paratrooper's Brigade combat soldier and fought during the Lebanon War. Rami was member of a rescue mission to assist wounded soldiers who were trapped in a minefield and joined the Paratrooper's Army in 1983 , shortly after the war. Rami was unfortunate to fall on the mine in a cave and suffered a broken foot and a hand injury.
His rehabilitation period in the hospital was one of the most challenging times in his entire life. He was unable to walk and began to feel depressed and gloomy. He was unsure of who he was anymore and all his dreams of making progress in his army career seemed dead. Rami's suffering allowed him to discover the passion and drive to keep living and dream up new ones. Rami resolved to be even more productive and stronger than prior to his injuries. Rami tried out different extreme sports. He is a fan of kitesurfing and snowboarding. He has also climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. He often feels his unrestrained past pushing him to his limits and racing him.

Rami is a committed volunteer and generous donor to a variety of charities. He also loves helping young soldiers who have been wounded during combat. Rami was part of a group who was injured when serving in the army on a Nepal trip in the year 2016. In 2018 he received the rank of major in the paratrooper and fire brigades within the Israeli military. He was able to realize his childhood dreams despite all the challenges. His story and his passion can be a source of inspiration for others. Rami did not allow the injuries to deter himfrom learning and trying new things until he became stronger than ever before.
