1. Send the original documents to the UB Student Accounts Office after filling out the online application. If you live outside of Baguio or La Trinidad, you can send the documents via courier (LBC, JRS, etc.) to the Student Accounts Office, University of Baguio, General Luna Road, Baguio City.

a. Academic Scholarship: Academic Excellence Award Certification

b. Non-academic Scholarship: Certificate indicating the award received.

c. Sibling's Discount: HARD COPIES OF THE SIBLING'S DISCOUNT FORM, AND THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE/S (IF APPLICABLE) DO NOT NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE STUDENT ACCOUNTS OFFICE.

c. Solo Parent Discount: Photocopy of valid solo parent ID (the ID should be presented together with the photocopy for validation) or certified true copy of valid solo parent ID by an authorized person from city hall, DSWD, or CSWD; and a photocopy of the birth certificate of the student/ child(ren).

d. PWD Discount: Photocopy of valid PWD ID (the ID should be presented together with the photocopy for validation) or certified true copy of valid PWD ID by an authorized person from city hall, DSWD, or CSWD.

NOTE: THE DEADLINE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION IS ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2022.
THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING ORIGINAL HARD COPIES IS ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2022.
An application with incomplete requirements will not be processed.

2. Make sure to click "Submit". A copy of the response will be emailed to you if your application is successful.

3. An email will be sent to your UB student email if the document/s attached are incorrect.

4. The discounts and scholarships will be posted AFTER the MIDTERM EXAMINATION.
