Hello, Customer Support. This has happened before, and I can forward another situation (reference number: 35050885, 08/20/2021) to show the lack of accountability on Roblox's end. How does the first email I received not match the new one for the same situation? You all have some explaining to do because that's very suspicious. Honestly, the insinuation that something "had to have happened" on my end is very wrong on behalf of roblox. If you're going to say that something had to have happened on my end, throw in "allegedly" before me showing receipts that that is a lie. You all came to me with false information and accusations (what you stated couldn't happen, did in-fact happen), so you can see that I am definitely not happy, and do not take lightly being taken as a joke. The first time, I didn't feel like going through an email-battle for things that Roblox flat-out took from me and there's no "allegedly" to that. If it's on the site, I purchased it, there's a history of my purchase, and my items are no longer in my inventory, that is robbery. Now this is a second time, and you all sent a different email. I have not been on roblox since the first incident occurred, I recently logged into my account for the first time in over a year, and you want to insinuate that I've been trading or selling (which is entirely dubunk-able). Here are the screen shots and receipts of the new incident. I would very much like my reimbursement for the items that have been taken from me. There were no trades to ever happen. I go into the list of all of my past transactions and can outline specific items that say "content deleted." My robux for all of those "content deleted" items is robbery as I was left with no robux or items, but it shows in past transactions. This isn't a gambling site where if I purchase something, I can win or lose, if I purchase something, I expect an item. And if an item is deleted on Roblox's end, that is not the consumer's fault and they should be entirely reimbursed. It is wrong to just take my money without a say from your end, and instead, a false claim to try and excuse why this is happening to me. Now that you have your evidence, how can we challenge this even further? This is ruining my playing experience to come back to this after a year of not playing.

08/16/2021 5:57PM to be exact (571 Robux), it says that the CONTENT was DELETED. That isn't my fault, where are my robux?
Me taking the time to take screenshots is more than enough for something that went wrong on Roblox's end. The screenshots entirely outline items that were taken from me and how much they were, and to have no compensation for it makes me very upset, especially that 571 robux one. My balance says 24 robux currently. That balance should have changed when the items were taken from me.
