Rami was appointed the managing partner in the year 2000. Over the next 18 years, the company handled several deals that resulted in successful exits at Fortune 500 giants Broadcom, Marvel Cisco, Cisco, Apple, and Cisco.
He didn’t stop there. Globes awarded Beracha the award in 2011 as an "Esteemed Partner” award. The award recognized him as an investor of influence. Rami established Sosa in 2014 as a brand new initiative. Sosa has innovation centers located in New York, Tel Aviv and Tel Aviv. Here they assist innovative high-tech companies to partner with entrepreneurs from all over the world who are looking to collaborate with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was recently selected to head the New York City cyber center.

He was a soldier in the Paratrooper's Brigade and fought through the Lebanon War. Rami was a part of a rescue group that helped wounded soldiers in minefields. It was 1983. Rami was swept into a buried mine, and he was unable to walk and hand.

He was in a hospital for rehabilitation, which was one of the most difficult times of his life. He was unable to walk and began to feel depressed and gloomy. His hopes of establishing his army career seemed unattainable to him. He didn’t even know who he was. Rami discovered the strength to dream and live through his pain. He set out to become better and stronger than he was prior to the injuries. Rami took on the challenge of trying various extreme sports. He now enjoys kitesurfing, snowboarding and has completed a hike on Mount Kilimanjaro. He sometimes feels like his past that is unresolved has pushed him ahead, even as working to improve.

Rami donates to and participates in numerous organizations and is dedicated to helping young soldiers like him, who have been injured during combat. In 2016, Rami took the group of men who were injured during their army service on a trip to Nepal. He rose to the rank major in the Israeli paratrooper/fire brigades army in the year 2018. The dreams he had as young men were able to happen, regardless of the challenges he faced. His story and the passion he has for it is an inspiration to many. Rami didn't allow his injuries to stop him; he continued learning and trying different things until he became stronger than ever before.
