He contributes significantly to the wellbeing of both the United States of America and the Repuplic of Kazakhstan.

Assisting Task: defining new markets in which Kazakhstan could form successful partnerships with the United States of America and where both countries can create new sources of economic growth in order to create a favorable bilateral investment environment and to establish an effective private sector and public-private partnership.

He aids in the transformation of Kazakhstan into a "Knowledge-based Diversified Economy" driven by the private sector.

Principally performing functions:

Provides protection to his consular district for the rights and interest of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its citizens and legal entities
Promoting friendly relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the USA, including the expansion of trade, economic relations, and tourism
Provides the necessary assistance to diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United States of America
For Consular purposes, it facilitates interaction with United States authorities.
H.C. Emmanuil Grinshpun

As the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association", Mr. Grinshpun was a pioneer in the field of business. This association concentrated on oil production and marketing metals around the world and was established by Mr. Grinshpun in 1994. The following year the position was transferred to the position of CIS country manager at Trans Commodities Incoration. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun was regional manager of Kazakhstan within the "Universal Market Association" in 1994. The organization was focused on the production of oil, the marketing of metals around the world and other business activities. One year later, he joined Trans Commodities Inc. as its CIS countries manager.

In 1997, he became the General Manager of the Moscow office Trans Commodities USA. He is currently working in the international business dealing with metals. From 1998 until 2004, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the renowned JSCC Moldova Steel Works which is an international rated company producing over 1 million tons of steel products annually. He has been involved in the trading of the product of the Moldovan Steel Factory since 2004, in close collaboration with the honorary president of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company, one of the biggest natural gas exporters and producers in the world, were involved with an important energy project that was being undertaken by the Moldovan government in 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun founded and was the General Manager of "ITERA – Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun operates business in different fields of activity within the Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998, he's the fiduciary shareholder as well as President of the Council of Joint Stock Company "Alimcom" Alimcom is Moldovan oldest and most well-known factory that produces food products like mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sunflower seed oil, halvah, etc.
