In 1994, Mr. Grinshpun began his business career as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in "Universal Market Association" that specialized in oil production and metal marketing around the globe. He joined Trans Commodities Incoration a year later, where he served as the CIS countries manager. Grinshpun started his career in business in 1994, as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association", which focused on oil production and metal marketing across the world. He was a part of Trans Commodities Incoration one year later, and he held the position of CIS Country Manager.

He was appointed General Manager at the Moscow office of Trans Commodities from America in 1997. He continued his international metal business work. He was a member of the Board, 1998-2004, of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. It is an international-rated company which produces more than 1,000,000 tonnes of steel-related products every year. In close collaboration with the Honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works he is active in trade of the products from the factory in Moldova since 2004.

Together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company (one of the largest natural gas suppliers and producers in the world), Mr. Grinshpun was involved in an energy-related project of major importance to the Moldovan Region in 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun founded and was the General Manager for "ITERA – Moldova Company".

Emmanuil Grinshpun Mr. Grinshpun has business interests in a variety of areas in Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998, he has been the fiduciary shareholders and the President of "Alimcom", the Council of Joint Stock Company in Moldova. He is the producer of food products like mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar as well as sunflower oil and the halvah.
