Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on December 7, 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. After his primary and second education, he went to Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where was awarded an BSc. in Architecture.

While still enrolled at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began to get involved in the ministry. The Believers LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was then known as Youths For Christ.
YFC quickly grew and became the largest campus church. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church's headquarters are in Lagos. Believer's LoveWorld is an international ministry that has thousands of followers and associates around the world.

The Trauma Care International Foundation was established to improve the quality of life and overall health of communities and countries by encouraging better emergency response for accidents and emergencies.
