About 220,000 people from across the globe gathered in Lagos from the 16th of November to November 22nd 2020 to witness the pastor Chris Oyakhilome start his annual International Pastors' and Partner's Conference (IPPC).

He is president and founder of the ministry Christ Embassy, also known by LoveWorld Incorporated. It was established by the famous pastor in 1987.

A week of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome events
As in the past Pastor Chris Oyakhilome also organized numerous other Christ Embassy events.

Social users of media were invited to attend the International Media Connectors conference, which highlighted the importance of prayer and spreading the Gospel via social media and on the internet.

The participants, for instance they attended workshops and lectures about strategy for media and digital communications, social media networks and how to build an effective virtual workplace.

The International Teen Pastors and Leaders' Conference gave young pastors an opportunity to expand their understanding of God and to think about their faith.

The belief is that the LoveWorld Ministry and Pastor Chris Oyakhilome will prepare youngsters for leadership roles within the ministry as well as for life in general.

This week also saw the LoveWorld Exhibition. The IPPC Presidential Awards, LIMA Music Awards and the LoveWorld Exhibition.

The LoveWorld Exhibition showcased the global influence of the various departments of the ministry. While the IPPC Presidential Awards recognized the top departments and partners of Christ Embassy, the IPPC Presidential Awards was an opportunity to celebrate that.

At the LIMA Music Awards, the Ministry's own musicians were honored for their efforts over the past year.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome praised this initiative and called Social Media Week "very powerful inspiring, informative and encouraging."
