Kusto Group's communities are designed with quality of life in mind
Yerkin Tatishev explains that wellbeing, safety, and environmental friendliness all contribute to a peaceful urban environment. Kusto Group is the main shareholder of the private holding company Kusto Group and refers to the latest development of its residential properties in Kazakhstan.

Yerkin Tatishev has a vision for a brand new residential zone. The company is currently building a European-style neighborhood here in Kazakhstan.

Yerkin Tatishev looks for inspiration in Europe
Yerkin Takishev, the founder of Koktobe City emphasizes the importance living quality in the process of the construction of it.

He and his team took inspiration from Finland, Germany, and other countries.

Tatishev was inspired by low-rise structures and parks as in the modern infrastructure of German cities, such as Dusseldorf and Munich.

Tatishev says that all these factors contribute toward a comfortable living space.

Kusto Group, located in Koktobe City aims to provide an inspiring and modern education environment, which includes many facilities.
